You can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account.
To do this:

Click on the Help button on our website.

Select "My Account".

Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
You may be asked to enter a 6-digit code, which will be automatically sent to your inbox for verification.
Once logged in, you'll have access to all your past orders.
To track the delivery of your current order, click on “View” next to the relevant order. You’ll be redirected to a detailed tracking page where you can find:

Your tracking number
-
A summary of your order
-
The delivery address
-
The billing address
