All of the Nooz glasses have a 2 year warranty (case not included).
The warranty will not be effective and Nooz cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
- Negligence or accidents;
- Lack of maintenance or care;
- Normal wear and tear and aging of the product;
- Modification of the product by the customer or a third party;
If the conditions are met, we ask you to please contact us by email mentioning your order reference (which is in the confirmation email). We will also ask you to attach photos that will allow us to see the problem.
As soon as we receive all this information and if you meet the conditions, we will send you a coupon for the value of the damaged item so that you can place a new order on our site. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If your purchase took place in store less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.
