    The returned item must be intact and in its original packaging. Please include the following with your return: - the product(s); - your original order number containing the item being returned; - the return form: French version / English version Upon reception of your return, we will contact you by email to give you a purchase code equivalent to the value of the returned item. A validity period of one week is granted so that you can acquire the Nooz of your choice. Please note that the voucher does not cover shipping costs. These remain the responsibility of the customer.
