  • Delivery time

    ‚ö†ÔłŹ COVID 19: Deliveries are maintained but the delivery time can be slightly extended. Take care of yourself!

    The Nooz are delivered to the following countries. The delivery time varies from country to country. The time is expressed in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Any order placed before 11am will be shipped the same day. After 11am, the order will be shipped the next business day.

    If your country is not included in this list, it means that we do not deliver the Nooz there.

    Please note that we also do not deliver to the province of Venice in Italy. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira, as well as Ceuta and Melilla, are also not served.

    * In case of delivery outside of Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by transport.


  • Where is my order ?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, please wait a maximum of 2 business days before the tracking number is updated. 

    You also have the possibility to track your order in your customer's account if you have created an account. 

    If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service here.

    We won't be able to provide you with additional information until this date has passed.

  • Back to sender

    If you see by checking your online tracking that your package could not be delivered and is returned to the sender, it means that the postman could not identify your address and/or mailbox. 

    In this case, we invite you to contact us here in order to give us the correct and complete contact details or a different address. 

    When we receive the package back, we will contact you by email to verify your details, so please check your messages regularly until you have received your package.

    In the event that the package is returned for a reason for which you are responsible (unclaimed package, incorrect/incomplete address...), you will have to pay new delivery charges before the package is reshipped. 


  • Covid-19 info

    Dear customers, 

    Since March, the priority is put on the health safety of our employees and our customers. In our delivery warehouses, all staff are equipped with masks, protective gloves and hand sanitizing gels. Safety distances have also been set up. There is no risk for your orders to be contaminated. 

    Our transporters are doing their best to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Due to traffic restrictions and operational difficulties related to this unprecedented event, delivery times can sometimes be extended. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience. 

    Our teams are always at your service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm if you have any questions.
