  • My payment was refused, what should I do?

    If your payment has been refused, we advise you to place your order again with another payment method but also to refresh your web page. 

    If the problem persists, we recommend that you empty your cache and cookies and use Google Chrome for optimal navigation.

  • Customs fees and import taxes

    Nooz is not responsible for taxes and additional service fees charged by some countries. Customers will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges levied by the country of destination before placing an order. Nooz will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees under any circumstances.

  • Secure payment

    We use 3 independent secure payment services: 

    - Stripe

    - Paypal 

    - Mollie 

    Each of these services have their own method of securing payment information. Binoptics has no access to confidential payment data and does not store it either. The information that you send us to process your order is only used within the framework of our commercial relationship. In no way this information will be shared with third parties or resold.  

  • Methods of payment

    Various methods of payment are offered to you:

    - Bancontact (Belgium)

    - IDeal (Netherlands)

    No other method of payment is accepted. We also do not accept payment after delivery. Your purchases must be paid at the time of ordering.

    Without payment, no order will be accepted.

  • Use my coupon code

    If you have a discount code, simply enter it in the "Promo Code" field in the summary of your order and click OK. The discount will be automatically applied to your order.

    Please note that the discount code is deducted from the price of the purchased item and not from the total with the postage/taxes. 

    If customer service has given you a discount code for your exchange or warranty, please make sure you are logged in to your account before using it.

  • How does the referral work?

    If you wish to offer a 5‚ā¨ discount on the first order to your friend you can refer them. Simply go on to our website and sign up for the "Refer a Friend Program" via this link:¬†https://www.nooz-optics.com/us/en-us/refer

    For every friend that places an order and mention you as a referrer while ordering (which gives them a 5‚ā¨ discount on their order), you will receive a voucher of 5‚ā¨.

     

     

  • I've been referred by a friend. How do I get the 5‚ā¨ discount?

    To benefit from the 5‚ā¨ discount given by a referrer, follow the steps listed below:

    - Place the items in your cart and click on "Proceed to Checkout".
    - On the Summary page of your order, click on "Referred by a friend?"

    - Give the name and email address of your referrer.

    You will then receive a voucher code that you'll need to insert in the box"Promo code", still on the Summary page. Finally click on "OK".

  • My friends ordered thanks to my referral. I haven't received my discount. What should I do?

    If two of your friends have each placed a first order and have mentioned your referral while ordering - and have therefore received $5 on their order - you should have received a voucher code of $5. 

    If you haven't received an email, we first advise you to check if your emailing system hasn't considered it as spam. Then you might want to check that there is no spelling mistake in the email address you gave when signing up for the Refer a Friend program.
